Let’s clear
things up.

Who is PingRMM built for?

IT professionals and small managed service teams looking after client businesses, households, or an internal fleet. Monitoring, remote support, client context, and service work live together in one workspace.

Where does PingRMM run?

The planned offering is licensed and self-hosted. Downloads and installation instructions will become available alongside licensed access. Public installation is not open yet.

How will licensing work?

Licensing will be based on the number of endpoints you need to support. Exact prices, tiers, billing periods, and license terms are still to be announced.

Does PingRMM have a mobile app?

Mobile is part of the PingRMM experience. Release timing, supported mobile platforms, and download links will be published here when available.

What about support?

PingRMM brings tickets, client records, remote access, and service reporting together to help you support your clients. Product support channels, availability, and any included support entitlements will be detailed before launch.

How does it help keep access under control?

PingRMM includes user roles, optional client-scoped access, two-step verification, and an audit trail for remote commands. Agents communicate over mutually authenticated TLS, and remote desktop access is tunneled through the agent.

Keep your fleet
in a good place.
